“When I say vip treatment this is the place. My WiFi came a day before my move in they held it in the office. I did not get her name however she had me test the gate with my code carried my box as I drove and walked to my apartment. This was stellar to me. Tatiana was awesome from the gate. This is one amazing property who knows how to treat there tenants. In love already. Look forward to my future here with these wonderful people.”

“My husband and I toured Park on Wurzbach Apartments, last week. Our leasing agent, Tatyana, gave us a wonderful tour of our potential new home. We toured a 2/2 and loved the floor plan, space and every offered amenity. While we’ve not made a decision just yet due to the pending sale of our home, Park on Wurzbach is at the top our list. Thank you, Tatyana, for being so well informed and gracious in answering every question we had.”

“The screening process was very easy. The screening process also assured me that this property does not let any old body move into the complex. This made me extremely happy. Jackie and Danielle have been very kind, courteous, and most importantly professional. I look forward to living in this community. I look forward to changing this review upon move in. 🙂 And the manager is amazing I met her today so I had to add more. This is what hard working people should come home to. Luxury and respect. I working in hospitality and I can take some pointers from these ladies. Straight amazing, quite neighbors and you can’t even here the people upstairs place is sound proof. Clean and immaculate.”

The maintenance crew is efficient and dedicated, especially Ernest and Pedro. The office staff is friendly and helpful, especially Sierra, who follows through with concerns and questions.”

“I really enjoyed staying at this apartment complex. If I didn’t have to move for a job I would have continued staying here. The two bedroom units have bedrooms that aren’t sharing a wall (on opposite ends) which is nice when having roommates. What makes this place unique are the garages that are attached to the units so it gives you almost a town home feel. This is the first time I’ve had a garages attached and I’ve lived in 3 different units here. When I look for an apartment, one of the first green flags is how responsive the leasing office is. Sierra has been super friendly and accommodating during my time here. Any issues I had, they were quick to fix. Maintenance would also stay after …

The grounds are impeccably maintained, and the modern design of the apartments is just gorgeous. The staff here are super friendly—everyone from the office team to the rest of the crew is so warm and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. And the maintenance? Great! Any time I’ve had an issue, they’ve addressed in a timely manner. I couldn’t ask for a better living experience—highly recommend this place to anyone!”
